least exciting is easy...Cincinnati vs VaTech. VaTech's offense is very boring and who cares about the Big East in football.
most exciting is either PSU vs USC or Florida vs Oklahoma. I know most people feel that USC is head and shoulders above PSU but I wouldn't be so sure of that. I would be willing to be anyone that PSU will win that game straight up.
